Frank Monteleone, Senior Vice President, and Chief People Officer for Rexall Pharmacy Group is instrumental in developing a people-first organization that gives voice to employees through a Continuous Understanding Strategy. The strategy ensures that actions taken leave employees feeling heard and understood. He refreshed the Employee Value Proposition with DEI at the forefront, enhanced the award-winning development program ‘Leading. The Rexall Way’ and launched the Talent & Insights Dashboards. Frank introduced Applause, an app-based rewards and recognition platform and was a champion for the flexible work schedule program Office as a Destination.
Crediting the Inclusion and Diversity Networks (IDNs) for activating DEI, Frank collaborates with four executive-sponsored, peer-led employee resource groups: ASPIRE, OPEN, ABILITY, WE. The IDNs offer employee and guest speaker sessions with inclusion themes, like Mental Health in the BIPOC community. Frank serves as the President of the Rexall Care Network, which takes active steps to assist unpaid and family caregivers and maximizes social impact through fundraising campaigns that support charities bringing greater focus, support, and resources to this critical cause and those overlooked.
