Katie Koleszar, Senior Director of Employee Success at Clio, is recognized for her leadership in building human-centric, high-performing teams and cultivating a people-first culture that evolves with intention. Among her key contributions, Katie led the design and launch of Clio’s Flexible Paid Time Off program, which encourages employees to take the time they need—suggesting a minimum of four weeks annually—while maintaining performance excellence. She also reimagined Clio’s Maternity and Paternity leave policies into a more inclusive Parental Program, ensuring equitable and enhanced benefits for all parents, regardless of gender.
