Letitia King James is the Vice President of Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging at GXO Logistics. Right from the start, the corporate culture has been cultivated to reflect a climate of Belonging, so all people feel accepted. Some inspirational inclusion initiatives she has spearheaded include the creation of the Belonging Network comprised of GXOers with a pay-it-forward passion for unity and belonging for all.
Additionally, she has partnered with the business to create several installments of GXOs Workplace: Diversity Dialogues. A series featuring colleagues – from all walks of life - sharing their experiences of Belonging. A few other achievements include designing We Belong Circles, a colleague-to-colleague mentoring program for all, the first Be Inclusive Conference to celebrate DIB achievements and the introduction of a virtual interactive engagement program inviting all GXOers to Unjudge Someone via the Human Library.
Letitia encourages developing a unity mindset. To encourage this, she developed various projects to drive global virtual volunteerism and has focused on expanding inclusion to embrace people with disabilities, various socioeconomic backgrounds and second-chancers. Letitia is an active listener, collaborator and people-first leader who is recognized for her humility and sincerity.
