Marc Viola Drives Social Impact at Definity Financial Corporation


Marc Viola, VP of Talent and Culture at Definity, one of Canada’s leading P&C insurers, is a key supporter of the company's effort towards formalizing a Reconciliation Action Plan. Marc serves as the inaugural Chair of Definity’s Reconciliation Action Working Group and is a proud citizen of the Métis Nation of Ontario.

He works in collaboration with senior leaders and ambitious, purpose-driven team members to help advance Definity’s purpose of building a better world by helping clients and communities adapt and thrive. Their focus in this space are key initiatives related to leadership, governance, employment, education and training, economic engagement, and social and environmental impact.
