Pascal Occean Builds and Leads Collaborative Teams at Deloitte Canada


Pascal Occean is a Partner and the Culture and People Officer at Deloitte Canada. In a previous role, he led the highly inclusive, diverse Human Capital Consulting team. With Pascal’s leadership, this team thrived with an #InItTogether culture, where people took care of each other and encouraged each other to bring their full selves to work. More recently, Pascal led the launch of benefits enhancements to address people's evolving needs. These include more inclusive family planning benefits.

To make an impact that matters, Pascal has championed Deloitte’s sponsorship of noteworthy events like the One Young World conference. This event brings young leaders together from 190+ countries and 250+ organizations, including delegates from Deloitte, to work together to accelerate social impact. Delegates focus on world issues like Indigenous voices, climate, AI, and equity. Another significant event was the Indspire Soaring: Indigenous Youth Empowerment Gathering. It brought together 1,500 First Nations, Inuit, and Métis high school students from across Canada to connect with peers, share goals, and discover career resources. Pascal is deeply collaborative and builds teams where people can play to their strengths and reach their full potential.
