Vanessa Lewerentz Leads BMO Financial Group’s Zero Barriers to Inclusion Commitments


A visionary thinker with a global perspective, the Chief Inclusion Officer at BMO Financial Group, Vanessa Lewerentz, uses divergent thinking for problem-solving and innovative solutions. Vanessa recognizes the value of inclusion and is adept at navigating cross-cultural interactions. She led the evolution of the Global Employee Resource Group (ERG) Program, to amplify volunteer efforts and expanded its impact. The 11 ERGs have over 20,000 employees participating, globally, and is an enabler of inclusion, impacting business outcomes. Vanessa is also proud of BMO’s voluntary self-identification program – “Count Me In”.
