She has successfully shaped organizational initiatives, strengthened talent pipelines, and fostered inclusive workplace cultures. Fluent in English, French, Italian, and Spanish, Vaccaro’s varied experiences and ability to build strong relationships in diverse, multicultural environments uniquely position her to lead the people strategy at Medisca.
