The Board of Directors of the Canadian Centre for Diversity and Inclusion (CCDI) appointed Anne-Marie Pham as the organization's new Chief Executive Officer – CEO. As part of her responsibilities, Ms. Pham also serves as Ex-Officio member of CCDI's Board of Directors.
Marni Panas, Director and Chair of the Board, commented that the organization has great expectations under the leadership of Ms. Pham and highlighted her commitment to promote CCDI's core values in our society. "Anne-Marie is a seasoned professional with a unique set of skills and perspectives promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace across Canada. We are proud to have her as our new CEO, knowing that her experience is a valuable asset to achieving CCDI's objectives," commented Ms. Panas.
With more than 25 years working with diverse communities and workplaces, Anne-Marie Pham has a deep understanding of issues and opportunities related to diversity and inclusion, and specializes in mobilizing, educating, and sharing the latest research and promising practices on equity, diversity, and inclusion in the workplace.

For almost ten years, CCDI has developed a valuable work in Canada promoting an inclusive society, free of prejudice and discrimination, fostering dialogue and action, helping people to recognize diversity as an asset and not an obstacle.
